Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Due to the exclusive nature of The Sunset Run and highly sort after venues and experiences, all payments are final are non-refundable.
2. Should you be unable or unwilling to attend the Event, you must inform us immediately. Payments are final and non-refundable, however, we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer your entry to another individual, provided they meet event vehicle entry requirements and we are notified more than thirty (30) days prior to the Start Date.
3. In the unlikely event of the The Sunset Run being cancelled the event will be postponed and promptly rescheduled. We will do our best to contact all ticket holders to reschedule the event and will re-issue you with tickets for the new date.
