Join us for the start of The Sunset Run Start – Gold Coast Takeover presented by The Boatworks & Kokomo Kitchen + Bar.
After registration and driver’s briefing runners are treated to a VIP breakfast at The Captains Lounge set amongst palm tress and superyachts. Mingle, socialise, inspect the amazing cars on display and take a tour of some of the Gold Coast’s more impressive superyachts.

The Sunset Run makes its way along some of the finest driving roads in south east Queensland arriving at Canungra Valley Winery for a brief pitstop, photo opp and a chance to stretch the legs with a well deserved coffee.
12:00pm – 3:00pm

It’s on! The Sunset Run makes its way back via the scenic hinterland roads to the Gold Coast where the Runners will be ushered into the exclusive closed-off Oracle Boulevard for the Broadbeach takeover.
Here, Runners will be treated to a private chefs table lunch at the coveted and awarded Social Eating House.
4:00pm – 5:00pm
The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort.
Following the Esplanade along the Gold Coast, the ‘Sunset Run’ convoy crosses the finish line at The Sheraton Mirage Resort for reserved secure overnight parking. For Runners who took advantage of the exclusive Sunset Run room offer will have free-time time to check-in, change or have a sneaky pre-cruise drink.
5:15pm – Late
Private Sunset Yacht Cruise and Pink Flamingo Caberet Entertainment on Water.
The Sunset Run Gold Coast Takeover has taken it up a notch with Pink Flamingo entertainment on the privately chartered Yot Club. Board the fully catered VIP sunset cruise hosted by special celebrity guests for world-class entertainment and party well into the night.

Unlike other driving events, The Sunset Run is designed as a lifestyle experience catering to both men and women, drivers and passengers alike. There are no hidden or additional costs, just an exclusive luxury driving experience with all profits going to charity. Your entry fee gets you;

Yes registrations are tracked but due to limited numbers and availability tickets are offered in order of registration.
The Sunset Run is not a competition nor race; as such your private CTP will cover you for loss, damage or injury to third parties. However we encourage all entrants to double check this with their providers as some companies may have exclusions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Due to the exclusive nature of The Sunset Run and highly sort after venues and experiences, all payments are final are non-refundable.
2. Should you be unable or unwilling to attend the Event, you must inform us immediately in writing at admin@thesunsetrun.com.au. Payments are final and non-refundable, however, we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to transfer your entry to another individual, provided they meet event vehicle entry requirements and we are notified more than thirty (30) days prior to the Start Date.
3. In the event of a Coronavirus (COVID-19) related cancellation the event will be postponed and promptly rescheduled. We will do our best to contact all ticket holders to reschedule the event and will re-issue you with tickets for the new date.
